AerFin is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Goodson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment replaces founder and current CEO, Bob James, who will remain invested in the business and transition to Non-Executive Director as part of the company’s agreed succession plan.

With a long and established career within the aviation industry, Simon is a recognised industry leader and well-rounded aviation executive, who most recently undertook the role of Senior Vice President - Customer Business, Civil Aerospace at Rolls Royce PLC.
