AerFin, is proud to announce that James Bennett, Chief Commercial Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors at the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA) — the leading global organisation dedicated to sustainable aircraft disassembly and recycling.

I’m privileged to be joining the Board of Directors at AFRA. AerFin has proudly supported AFRA for many years, and we’ve built a strong, collaborative relationship grounded in shared values.

This role represents a powerful opportunity to help shape best practices across the industry, while unlocking new avenues for growth and innovation. Beyond AerFin’s direct involvement, the appointment also signals the business’s ambition to promote a more mature and collaborative industry debate around the role of recycling, repairing and reusing aircraft, engines and parts throughout the lifecycle.
