We provide a comprehensive range of off-wing engine maintenance, teardown and Reduce to Produce (RTP) services, designed to maximise the value of your assets while reducing turnaround times cost-effectively. Our capabilities include module swaps, top case repairs, and borescope inspections, as well as short- and long-term preservation, full engine piece-part disassembly, and end-of-life planning.
By integrating ‘Lean’ flow principles, optimising processes, and utilising sustainable products, we actively minimise waste and reduce the environmental impact of our MRO operations. Quick-turn to a standard you can trust
We have established strategic partnerships with airlines, MROs and lessors to deliver tailored, quick-turn services that keep aircraft fleets operational. Our state-of-the-art 116,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with advanced diagnostics and tooling that has seen us successfully complete over 100 Engine MRO Lite services.
As an EASA/CAA & FAA 145-approved facility, we operate 25 maintenance bays, with capacity varying depending on fan size, ensuring efficiency and reliability for our customers.
