Whistleblowing

At AerFin, integrity is not optional. It underpins how we work with our colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners across the aviation aftermarket.

As we grow, it becomes even more important that we protect the open, respectful and accountable culture that defines us. Speaking up when something is not right helps us safeguard our people, our customers, and our reputation. It strengthens trust and ensures we continue to operate in a responsible and sustainable way.

We encourage anyone connected to AerFin – employees, contractors, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders – to raise genuine concerns. Concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously and handled appropriately.

When should you raise a concern?

Whistleblowing is intended for more serious matters that may have legal, regulatory, ethical, or safety implications.

  • This includes concerns such as: criminal activity, including bribery, fraud or tax evasion
  • breaches of law or regulation
  • serious breaches of internal policies or controls
  • health and safety risks
  • environmental risks
  • misuse of confidential information
  • conduct that could cause significant financial or reputational harm

How AerFin handles whistleblowing concerns

All whistleblowing reports are treated seriously, sensitively, and confidentially.

Concerns are assessed promptly and handled impartially. Where appropriate, a formal investigation will be conducted by relevant specialists or senior leaders. AerFin does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Reports can be made anonymously. Where anonymity is chosen, care should be taken not to include identifying information within the report or any supporting documents. If personal data is provided, it will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
