The way ahead for sunset & RTP services

Harvesting the value in your assets

As engines near the end of their operational life, every part matters. Our teardown and harvesting service goes beyond simply disassembling engines; we focus on recovering high-value serviceable components for reuse, resale or exchange, unlocking the full potential of your assets. By doing so, we ensure maximum residual value, while achieving minimum waste and increasing ROI for your engines.

Unlike traditional teardown services, we offer an added layer of support by holding stock for teardown clients. We then help allocate these parts to other engines in your fleet that require material, enabling you to keep your fleet operational without compromising on cost-effectiveness. This approach positions us as an enabler of your continued operation, ensuring you get the most out of your assets while maintaining the efficiency of your entire fleet.

We’re trusted by major airlines, MROs and lessors for our high-quality, meticulous engine disassembly services. Our experienced technicians ensure every part is carefully harvested, reducing the risk of unnecessary waste and maximising the value of each component. With our competitive pricing and efficient processes, you can be confident in securing high-quality parts at a fraction of the cost of new components.

Our commitment to sustainability is embedded in our process. We use eco-friendly products where possible and work diligently to redirect waste from landfills, ensuring we contribute to reducing the environmental impact of the aviation industry.

Material solutions for longer service

At AerFin, we’re different from other teardown providers. We don’t just tear down engines for parts; we maintain a consistent stream of used material that we’ve purchased, repaired and replenished to ensure our stock levels are always high. This enables us to support MRO Lite customers with quality material that has already been processed, reducing the need for expensive, new components.

With an extensive global supply chain, we can also source material for MRO Lite customers, ensuring you have access to the parts you need when you need them. Our approach to sourcing and using high-quality serviceable materials not only reduces the need for new parts, but also ensures compliance with regulatory standards, ultimately helping to lower operational costs.

Whether through resale, exchange or reuse, our strategic material solutions ensure that your engines stay in the air longer, delivering reliable performance without requiring significant capital investment. By extending the life of your assets, we provide cost-effective solutions that maximise your return on investment and help maintain the reliability of your fleet.

  • Fully compliant material solutions keep your engines airworthy for the remainder of their lifecycle.
  • Delays the need for significant capital investment.
  • Reduces waste and increases sustainability.
