Honeywell and AerFin – loading up the E-Jet

Honeywell has appointed AerFin as a preferred distribution partner of hardware upgrades for the Embraer E-170 / E-190 Regional Jet.

The $3million agreement includes core hardware components such as the Pentium M Modular Avionics Unit, and Honeywell’s next-generation, LCD-based, Multifunctional Control Display Units (MCDU) and Display Units. Worldwide operators of the Embraer E-Jet family looking to upgrade the performance of their E-170 / E-190 fleet can now order directly from the UK-based aftermarket solutions provider. As a global aftermarket solution provider with locations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, AerFin offers airlines a broad range of aircraft service capabilities ranging from whole aircraft trading and leasing, through to rotable component ad-hoc trading and support through a range of bespoke programs, across a broad range of platforms.
