AerFin has reached another milestone in our A320neo programme. Following the teardown of five aircraft across France and the Philippines, we now hold more than 6,000 high-demand components positioned strategically across our global warehousing network. This phase marks a significant step in ensuring operators, lessors and asset owners have fast, reliable access to the material they need to keep their fleets moving.
Each A320neo teardown produced between 1,200 and 1,400 quality-assured components, including major assets now ready for sale. With stock already in Newport and Gatwick and new APAC availability supported by our partnership with B&H Worldwide in Singapore, customers can draw on a global footprint designed around speed, certainty and quality. In addition to existing inventory, fast-moving parts will soon be available from our Miami warehouse. Wherever an operator is based, we will have material within reach.
The A320neo fleet continues to grow at pace, but pressure on OEM supply chains remains a challenge for many. AerFin’s approach helps owners use the difficulty, transforming constraints into solutions through smart recovery, circularity, and a focus on long-term resilience. Our recent programme demonstrates scale in action, with multi-site teardowns and coordinated logistics delivering material to market at speed.
This global phase is driven by one clear goal: to give our customers confidence that the quality components they need are available now, supported by a network they can depend on.
Alongside major structural assemblies, nacelles, APUs and landing gears, operators will see a strong supply of rotables and consumables moving through our network. With each part backed by AerFin’s technical expertise and quality assurance, we are able to support customers looking to minimise downtime, manage costs and maintain operational stability.
This programme also spotlights the partners helping us deliver scale. Our work with B&H Worldwide strengthens our presence in Asia Pacific, enabling faster distribution and better service levels for customers in the region. As demand grows across global markets, this partnership ensures AerFin remains positioned to respond quickly and decisively.
With more components arriving into stock each week, the message is simple: AerFin’s A320neo inventory is ready now. Whether operators need an individual asset, tailored support or a strategic material package, our team is on hand to help them find the way ahead with confidence.
