Certified Chartered Accountant who has been with AerFin since its founding days. Initially responsible for heading up the finance function as Finance Director and has overseen the business through two sales processes alongside one business acquisition. In 2021 Steven became Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for the commercial strategy and supply chain strategy. In 2025 Steven stepped into the Chief Financial Officer role, with an expanded brief, continuing to oversee Strategy and Supply Chain.
